Postage to New Zealand only

We ship all domestic (Australia) deliveries with Australia Post via regular post at a special rate of  $5.95 or express post at $14.95. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24hrs on a business day on placement of your order or sooner if possible. Delivery times are usually 3-7 days for regular post and 1-3 days for express post from the time of dispatch. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once the order has been posted. Please note; orders placed on the weekend or Victorian Public Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Parcels are not signed and will be left in a place deemed safe by the deliver.

Please allow 10 business days from the time of delivery to receive your order.

Pick up in-store – Spotswood

The pick up in-store option is a free, fast and friendly service! Simply select the free Pick-up delivery option during checkout. Drop into Shop 3/88 Hudsons Road, Spotswood during store hours (closed Monday) with your order number and your goods will be ready and waiting for you. You will receive a confirmation email once your item is ready to collect.

If your purchase is the wrong size or you are unhappy with the style, we are happy to have you return the item and issue you with an online store credit to the value of the item. Returns must be returned within 10 business days of receiving your order.

Returns must be authorised via email with the staff members name attached to the return card.

If the item is received at the end of the season and outside of the return period, a 20% credit penalty will occur.

Your credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date your return is received. We do not offer exchange or returns on sale items.

If you would like to return an item for credit, please contact us via email at shopmabelandwoods@gmail.com with your original order number. Please note the cost of the return postage is at your expense. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure you use a postal service that ensures the value of the items you are posting. In the event we are sending an item to be exchanged, the cost of that postage is also at your expense. A special flat rate of $5.95 applies for all regular Australian orders or $14.95 for express post within Australia and payment can be made via the postage section on our website mabelandwoods.com.au.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND BE IN AN UNWORN, UNWASHED CONDITION.

*We do not offer exchanges on SALE items or purchases made using a discount code/voucher so please choose carefully.

*We do not offer exchanges on accessories, underwear items, perfume or jewellery including headwear so please choose these items carefully.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every effort is made to ensure the item you receive is in perfect condition but faults can occur. We offer refunds on faulty garments only, however we reserve the right to offer a replacement item first. It is the customers responsibility to check the garment for faults when they receive it and to notify us via phone on 9399 3631 or email shopmabelandwoods@gmail.com within 2 days.  If a fault is found in the garment after that time we will not accept it.

 Online Store Credit

  • Returned items will be issued an online store credit, unless you have requested an exchange or have been approved for a refund due to a faulty garment.
  • An online store credit is valid for six months from the date of issue and can only be used in one transaction.
  • An online store credit does not cover shipping costs and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  • An online store credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

Once your item has been received the credit will be applied to your account and available in payment information on your next purchase.
